At the core of our platform lies the task - a fundamental element that encompasses any action required for your plants' well-being. A task is comprised of several core elements: **Task Type:** Examples include drenching, moving, or hanging. These types are fully customizable by your team. **Task Unit Type:** This could be a table, a specific container size, or a pallet. These are also fully customizable by your team. **Quantity:** How many units need to be processed for this task to be completed? **Status:** What state is the task in? Does it need to be done, or is it completed? This feature tracks the progress of the work being performed. **Assignee:** Who is responsible for this task? Generally, this is a team or crew leader overseeing the work being performed. **Priority:** How crucial is this task? **Location:** Where does the work need to be performed? Our team will assist you in configuring the correct structure to match your greenhouse's layout. Conclusion By utilizing these customizable elements, your team can effectively track what needs to be done, where, when, and how. Tasks also feature a comments section with user tagging to facilitate communication within your team, providing context, history, and eliminating the need to switch tabs. Furthermore, you can specify safety notices, helpful notes, and the tools required to perform each task. This allows your team to share knowledge on the safest and most efficient methods to carry out the work that powers your growing operation.
